Mandy Thaller has more than 14 years of experience performing executive searches. Growing up in Iowa, Mandy is a graduate of Iowa State and started her career as a Division Manager with Aramark. Mandy later moved from a functional management position into recruitment. She has deep competency in understanding the needs and aspirations of both our candidates and our clients. Mandy has held recruitment positions with Interactive Business Systems and Stratagem IT consulting firms. In her spare time, Mandy is an avid triathlete, enjoys cooking and is a youth archery coach.
