HEATHER AUER

Business Partner - Human Resources

Heather Auer joined COI in June of 2011 as a Business Consultant and Executive Recruiter and has since been promoted to Business Partner - Human Resources. Heather brings over 13 years of hands-on and strategic HR experience to COI and her clients. Having spent her entire career at the Apollo Group, Inc., Heather started out in an HR Generalist role supporting the University of Phoenix. Her career progressed over the years to include roles such as the Litigation Manager, International HR Manager and Associate Director of International HR. In her last position at the Apollo Group as the International HR Director for the Apollo Group, Inc., Heather was instrumental in three major international acquisitions in Mexico City, Mexico; Santiago, Chile; and London, UK. In addition to her mergers and acquisitions work, Heather was recognized for building successful business partner relationships with her clients in both the US and abroad, providing best in class HR counsel, leadership and influence to both executives and management. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
