ERIN HENRY

Head of Recuitment

Erin Henry joined COI the beginning of 2008 after relocating to Arizona from the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Oregon State University and spent some 20 years in Portland, Oregon in human resources and the recruiting industry. She worked for a regional staffing firm for 15 years, leading one of the company's top producing branches for 9 years. Erin enjoys working with a variety of industries and has placed all levels of talent globally in a variety of disciplines including sales/marketing/product management/HR/supply chain/engineering and IT. Within COI, she also has success in leading high potential/ MBA recruiting events. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her customers as well as developing and leading teams of successful recruiters and account executives through the years. In her spare time, Erin is actively involved in the Tucson community serving as Advisory Team Chair to the University of Arizona Delta Gamma Chapter and as a member of the charity foundation, Angel Charity for Children.
