Andre spent 27 years with the Hilti Group in Liechtenstein. He held various Senior Human Resources responsibilities which included Vice President Human Resources International in Liechtenstein, Vice President Human Resources Western Hemisphere and as a member of the Executive Management Group in Tulsa/USA, as well as other senior HR roles. His priorities have always been driven by people development including recruiting of talent at all levels and the development and nurturing of Hilti’s corporate culture. His entire career at Hilti had a global focus and resulting responsibilities. Before joining Hilti, Andre worked for successful companies such J.R. Geigy (now Novartis) in Basel/Switzerland (5 years) and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco International in Geneva/Switzerland (10 years) during which time he gained experience with diversified business models.
