Andrea Keller has worked in international career management for over two decades. She began with a major personnel placement firm in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1989 she became a co-owner and Managing Partner in the Swiss subsidiary of a Dutch executive search firm where she was responsible for recruiting senior executives. She came to the United States in 1995 and joined Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, where she advanced to Director of Business Development of the School's Career Management Center. In November 1998 she joined COI as its Chief Executive Officer. (Languages: English and German).
